With over 20 years in the health and wellness space, I bring together my experience as a Personal Trainer, Nutritionist and Functional Health Practitioner to support women in moving their bodies safely, confidently, and with purpose.
My classes are designed for women who want to rebuild strength, improve mobility, and feel comfortable in their own skin—without pressure or comparison. Every session is structured to meet you where you’re at, with a focus on correct technique, injury prevention, and gradual progress.
I create a welcoming space where you can move at your own pace, listen to your body, and rediscover the joy in movement—all while being guided and supported every step of the way.

Boogie Bounce
Bouncing on a Boogie Bounce Mini Trampoline is an extremely efficient, calorie burning, low impact method of exercise. Because you utilise gravity and rebounding in your workout, you now need less time to achieve significantly superior results than with exercises such as jogging.
