About Cassandra Irvin
Welcome to my world of holistic health and wellness!
Hi, I’m Cassandra — and I’ve been helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident since 2001.
What started with personal training quickly grew into something much bigger. I saw firsthand how important movement is for our health, but I also realised that fitness alone isn’t the full picture. To truly feel good — inside and out — we need to fuel our bodies the right way too.
That’s why I went on to study nutrition, herbal medicine, and functional health, so I could offer a complete, personalised approach for every client I work with. My passion is helping women understand their bodies, especially through the challenging seasons like perimenopause and menopause, where things can feel confusing and frustrating.
Everything I do is backed by science, but delivered in a way that’s simple, supportive, and practical. Because when you know what your body needs, you can finally take control and feel your best again.
My Qualifications (and Why They Matter for You)
My journey into health and wellness started back in 2001, when I completed my Certificate III & IV in Fitness and Personal Training through the Australian Institute of Fitness. This is where my passion for helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident truly began. I saw firsthand how much movement can change a person’s life — but I also realised early on that true wellness goes far beyond just exercise.
That’s what led me to keep learning and expanding my knowledge.
I went on to complete my Advanced Diploma of Western Herbal Medicine at AIAS in Melbourne. This opened the door to understanding how herbal remedies can work alongside the body to support healing and overall health. Herbal medicine became a powerful tool I could offer clients looking for natural, holistic support.
Wanting to go even deeper, I studied Nutritional Counselling through Health Academy Australia. This allows me to design personalised nutrition plans that work with each person’s unique body, lifestyle, and health needs — because no two women are exactly the same.
I also completed my certification as a FODMAP Practitioner through Monash University, which allows me to confidently guide clients through the often confusing world of gut health, food intolerances, IBS and digestive issues.
In 2023, I was deeply honoured to be awarded Business Woman of the Year and Outstanding Business Leader by the Business Chamber. These awards reflect not only my passion for wellness but also my ongoing commitment to leading and serving my clients and community with care.
To round out my qualifications, I also became a certified Weight Loss Coach and a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner. These allow me to support my clients both physically and mentally — because lasting change often starts with what’s happening in the mind, not just the body.
With over 20 years of experience, I take the time to understand each client and what they truly need. My goal is to create personalised plans that fit your life and support your journey to better health.
My Approach to Your Health
I believe that when you understand your body, you’re far more empowered to take care of it. That’s why education is at the heart of everything I do. My goal is to give you the knowledge, tools, and support you need to feel in control of your own health — not just for now, but for the long term.
When your mind and body are in balance, that’s when you truly feel your best. My approach is holistic — meaning I don’t just look at one part of your health. I look at the full picture: your physical health, your emotional well-being, your mindset, your lifestyle. Because everything works together.
Whether you need help with:
Nutrition and meal planning
Herbal medicine to support healing
Weight loss and metabolism support
Gut health and digestive issues
…I’m here to guide you, step-by-step.
Together, we’ll create a plan that’s tailored to you — simple, practical, and sustainable. My goal is to help you build a life that feels balanced, vibrant, and full of energy. This is about more than just ‘getting by’ — it’s about thriving.
