As we enter our 40s, 50s and beyond, our bodies start to change — and the way we train needs to change with it. That’s exactly why I created my Small Group Personal Training classes for women 40+, designed specifically for those entering perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause.

For many women, this stage of life can bring a higher risk of injury, hormonal shifts, joint aches, and changes to metabolism. The “push harder, train longer” approach simply doesn’t work anymore — and often does more harm than good.

These classes were born out of the need to train smarter, not harder.

In every session, we focus on:

  • Resistance training to build and maintain muscle strength and bone density

  • Joint-friendly movements to reduce risk of injury

  • Personalised guidance so you feel confident and supported

  • Small class sizes (max 8 women) to ensure individual care and attention

With over 20 years in the fitness industry — and as a woman navigating this exact stage of life myself — I understand firsthand the challenges (and frustrations) that can come with this transition. But I also know that with the right approach, this can be one of the strongest, most empowered chapters of your life.

This is not a bootcamp. It’s not about smashing yourself at every session.

Instead, you’ll be training in a safe, fun, private, and welcoming environment, surrounded by women who get it. I bring compassion, empathy and care to every class, making sure you feel supported and encouraged — no matter your starting point.
